Les travaux d\u2019excavation et ceux relatifs au canal d\u2019amen\u00e9e se poursuivent sur le chantier.<br>\u200e<br>\u200eL\u2019entreprise Ang\u00e9lique charg\u00e9e de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des travaux fait cependant face \u00e0 plusieurs contraintes qui, selon ses responsables, ralentissent le rythme du chantier.<br>\u200e<br>\u200eParmi les principales difficult\u00e9s \u00e9voqu\u00e9es figurent l\u2019\u00e9tat de d\u00e9labrement des axes routiers Kananga\u2013Tshimbulu et Tshimbulu\u2013Bunkonde, qui compliquent l\u2019acheminement des mat\u00e9riaux et \u00e9quipements n\u00e9cessaires aux travaux sur le site.<br>\u200e<br>\u200eL\u2019entreprise d\u00e9plore \u00e9galement l\u2019insuffisance de wagons pour assurer le transport des mat\u00e9riels ainsi que le non-paiement d\u2019une ancienne facture estim\u00e9e \u00e0 4 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricains par le gouvernement congolais.<br>\u200e<br>\u200e\u00c0 ces difficult\u00e9s s\u2019ajoutent, selon les responsables de l\u2019entreprise, des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux interventions des services fiscaux, notamment la DGI et la DGRAD, que l\u2019entreprise qualifie de tracasseries fiscales.<br>\u200e<br>\u200eSelon les explications re\u00e7ues du chef de projet, les premi\u00e8res productions d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pourraient intervenir dans un d\u00e9lai d\u2019environ
