Ce vendredi 16 octobre 2026, l\u2019Union Sacr\u00e9e de la Nation (USN) a lanc\u00e9 une offensive frontale contre l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident Joseph Kabila, d\u00e9sormais ouvertement accus\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre le cerveau derri\u00e8re le Front pour la Refondation de la Nation (FRN). Dans un communiqu\u00e9 au ton martial, la plateforme pr\u00e9sidentielle a d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 une mobilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, appelant ses partisans, tant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du pays que dans la diaspora, \u00e0 se lever comme un seul homme contre ce qu\u2019elle qualifie de trahison. Pour la coalition au pouvoir, Joseph Kabila n\u2019est plus seulement un ancien chef d\u2019\u00c9tat, mais le \u00ab porte-\u00e9tendard \u00bb de l\u2019agression rwandaise, une accusation de haute trahison qui vise \u00e0 justifier une riposte populaire et politique imm\u00e9diate.<br>\u200e<br>\u200eL\u2019USN ne compte pas s\u2019arr\u00eater aux simples discours et exhorte ses membres \u00e0 multiplier les manifestations pacifiques et les prises de parole publiques d\u2019ici la fin du mois pour d\u00e9noncer cette nouvelle menace rebelle. Mais le coup de gr\u00e2ce pourrait bien \u00eatre port\u00e9 sur le terrain constitutionnel. La coalition plaide d\u00e9sormais pour une r\u00e9vision de la Loi fondamentale afin de verrouiller le statut de s\u00e9nateur \u00e0 vie. L\u2019objectif est clair : priver de ses privil\u00e8ges et de son immunit\u00e9 tout ancien pr\u00e9sident qui prendrait les armes contre la R\u00e9publique ou serait condamn\u00e9 pour des faits de r\u00e9bellion.
