C’est un v\u00e9ritable coup de froid qui souffle sur les relations entre le Palais de la Nation et la repr\u00e9sentation diplomatique belge \u00e0 Kinshasa. Par une note circulaire dat\u00e9e du 15 octobre 2026, le directeur de cabinet du Chef de l’\u00c9tat, Anthony Nkinzo Kamole, a d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 un verrouillage administratif sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent : tout contact, direct ou indirect, avec l’ambassade de Belgique est d\u00e9sormais formellement interdit aux membres du Cabinet pr\u00e9sidentiel. Des directeurs adjoints aux conseillers, en passant par les services sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, l’ordre est absolu et la rupture de communication quasi totale.

\u200eToute entorse \u00e0 cette consigne expose les contrevenants \u00e0 des sanctions disciplinaires et administratives s\u00e9v\u00e8res. Si une exception est tol\u00e9r\u00e9e pour des raisons imp\u00e9rieuses, elle doit obligatoirement faire l’objet d’une autorisation pr\u00e9alable et transiter exclusivement par le canal officiel du minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res. Si les motivations r\u00e9elles de cette mise \u00e0 l’\u00e9cart restent officiellement myst\u00e9rieuses, le signal envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruxelles est d’une fermet\u00e9 brutale.
