Ce n’est plus une simple co\u00efncidence m\u00e9diatique, mais une v\u00e9ritable strat\u00e9gie de pr\u00e9sence. Ces interventions, chirurgicales et rythm\u00e9es, posent une question de fond pour l\u2019avenir de la nation : Kabila se contente-t-il de prot\u00e9ger son h\u00e9ritage, ou pr\u00e9pare-t-il les esprits \u00e0 un retour au premier plan ?

De l’interview \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision namibienne NBC en mars 2025 \u00e0 sa prise de position frontale contre la r\u00e9vision constitutionnelle le 11 juin 2026, Joseph Kabila a occup\u00e9 tous les formats : conf\u00e9rences de presse en Afrique du Sud, messages vid\u00e9o au peuple, et une apparition remarqu\u00e9e \u00e0 Goma. Huit sorties en seize mois. Pour un homme dont le silence \u00e9tait la marque de fabrique, ce changement de paradigme traduit une volont\u00e9 manifeste de rester un pivot incontournable du d\u00e9bat politique congolais.

\u200eLe choc des r\u00e9cits : entre h\u00e9ritage et accusations<\/strong>

\u200eCette omnipr\u00e9sence ne va pas sans heurts. Les r\u00e9actions du pouvoir en place t\u00e9moignent d’une tension \u00e9lectrique. L\u2019Agence congolaise de presse (ACP) n’a pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 accuser l’ancien chef de l’\u00c9tat de \u00ab f\u00e9lonie \u00bb et de d\u00e9stabilisation envers son successeur, F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi. Dans cette guerre des r\u00e9cits, le d\u00e9bat public se fragmente. Si la gravit\u00e9 des accusations exige une rigueur judiciaire, elle souligne surtout la profondeur du foss\u00e9 qui s\u00e9pare les deux camps. La responsabilit\u00e9 d’un ancien dirigeant est ici mise en balance avec son droit \u00e0 l’expression citoyenne.

\u200eLe point d’orgue de cette offensive m\u00e9diatique reste l’opposition ferme de Joseph Kabila \u00e0 toute r\u00e9vision de la Constitution. En se posant en garant du texte fondamental, il touche \u00e0 la corde sensible de la stabilit\u00e9 institutionnelle. Ce d\u00e9bat d\u00e9passe les individus : il concerne la confiance des citoyens dans les r\u00e8gles du jeu d\u00e9mocratique. Kabila, en s’\u00e9rigeant contre tout changement, force le pouvoir actuel \u00e0 justifier ses intentions devant l’opinion nationale et internationale.

\u200eAu-del\u00e0 des hommes, l’urgence de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9

\u200eR\u00e9duire la politique congolaise \u00e0 un duel Kabila-Tshisekedi serait une erreur d’analyse. Les d\u00e9fis de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de coh\u00e9sion nationale et de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique ne peuvent attendre la fin d’une confrontation permanente. La RDC n’a pas besoin d’une \u00ab guerre de r\u00e9cits \u00bb sans fin, mais de faits, de transparence et d’une vision d’avenir.

\u200eLe v\u00e9ritable enjeu n’est pas de compter les prises de parole de Joseph Kabila, mais de mesurer ce qu’elles apportent au d\u00e9bat d\u00e9mocratique. La nation a besoin de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de responsabilit\u00e9, tant de la part de ses dirigeants d’hier que de ceux d’aujourd’hui. C’est \u00e0 cette seule condition que le d\u00e9bat politique pourra enfin \u00e9clairer l’avenir du peuple congolais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
