Le ministre provincial du Budget, Jean de Dieu Mulenda, a officiellement d\u00e9pos\u00e9 le projet d\u2019\u00e9dit budg\u00e9taire rectificatif aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale. Cette d\u00e9marche, men\u00e9e sous l\u2019impulsion du gouverneur int\u00e9rimaire Martin Kazembe Shula, vise \u00e0 ajuster les pr\u00e9visions financi\u00e8res de la province aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et administratives actuelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200e\u200eAccueilli par le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019organe d\u00e9lib\u00e9rant, Michel Kabwe Mwamba, ce d\u00e9p\u00f4t marque le d\u00e9but de la phase parlementaire. Les \u00e9lus provinciaux auront d\u00e9sormais la mission d\u2019examiner la pertinence et la conformit\u00e9 de ce document. L\u2019enjeu est de taille : s\u2019assurer que les ressources mobilis\u00e9es r\u00e9pondent aux priorit\u00e9s de la population, notamment en mati\u00e8re d\u2019infrastructures, d\u2019assainissement et de d\u00e9veloppement social.\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cette province strat\u00e9gique, la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de cette politique budg\u00e9taire reposera sur la capacit\u00e9 des institutions \u00e0 transformer ces chiffres en actions concr\u00e8tes.
