Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 sa volont\u00e9 de privil\u00e9gier la paix et la r\u00e9conciliation, tout en excluant toute forme d\u2019impunit\u00e9 pour les crimes les plus graves.\u200e\u200ePoursuivant son adresse \u00e0 la nation, le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que la prise en charge des combattants concern\u00e9s par les processus de paix s\u2019inscrira notamment dans le cadre du Programme de d\u00e9sarmement, d\u00e9mobilisation, r\u00e9int\u00e9gration, rel\u00e8vement communautaire et stabilisation (PDDRCS). Ces m\u00e9canismes seront compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par des dispositifs consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la justice et \u00e0 la r\u00e9conciliation.\u200e\u200eF\u00e9lix Tshisekedi a n\u00e9anmoins fix\u00e9 une ligne rouge.
